Shanghai (Gasgoo)- NIO Inc. announced on Nov. 11 that it delivered 40,397 vehicles in October 2025, marking a 92.6% year-on-year soar —a strong sign of accelerating momentum across its three major brands.

The core NIO brand accounted for 17,143 units of deliveries in October, up 24.9% from the previous month. The all-new ES8 achieved a milestone of 10,000 units delivered, setting a new record as the fastest BEV model priced above RMB 400,000 to surpass that mark. Meanwhile, the 300,000th ES6 officially rolled off the production line, underscoring the model’s enduring popularity.

The company’s mid-range brand ONVO also continued its rapid growth, delivering 17,342 vehicles — its best month yet. The ONVO L90, hitting the market just three months ago, has already reached cumulative deliveries of 33,348 units. In total, the ONVO brand has delivered 100,000 vehicles in just 385 days, setting a new benchmark for NIO’s expansion into family-oriented markets.

NIO’s entry-level brand Firefly also posted record monthly results with 5,912 units delivered in the month. In October, Firefly launched a limited-edition “Night Creature” model, capped at 666 units, further expanding its appeal among younger consumers.

As of the end of October, NIO Inc.’s total cumulative deliveries reached 913,182 vehicles. The NIO brand contributed 779,319 units, ONVO 107,621 units, and Firefly 26,242 units — reflecting the company’s increasingly diversified brand portfolio.

On October 26, NIO’s Power Swap network surpassed 90 million cumulative battery swaps, with an average of one vehicle completing a full charge every 0.86 seconds. The company now conducts over 100,000 battery swaps per day and is on track to reach the 100-million mark in the coming weeks — reinforcing its leadership in battery-swapping technology as a core differentiator in the EV industry.
