The company has improved the all-staff equipment management model, which combines autonomous post management with professional spot checks and maintenance, refined the operation records and maintenance mechanisms for key equipment, and enhanced the equipment’s ability to support production. It has strengthened the coordinated management and control of the public auxiliary systems, scientifically scheduling the operation of public auxiliary systems such as acid production, water production, boilers, and steam turbines to provide solid support for mainline production. It has also strengthened production process management and control, monitoring key operational indicators in real-time, accurately analyzing production data, and improving the precision and operational efficiency of production management and control.
