(hereinafter referred to as “Guolu Group”) held an industrial cooperation signing ceremony in Beijing. Mingqiang Zhou, Chairman of Zhongqing New Energy, and Tianli Hu, General Manager of Guolu Group, attended the signing ceremony and signed the agreement.
