Many of the elements that contribute to the success of the projects often remain hidden from the public eye. The final outcome is merely the last step in a complex and lengthy process that has been quietly unfolding behind the scenes. For those not directly involved, the intricate and often seemingly unrelated tasks that eventually converge into a major victory are rarely visible.
However, in the case of the multi-billion-dollar business environment called Themis Ecosystem (TE), the situation is refreshingly different. Thanks to regular updates, the team’s transparency, and their willingness to engage with journalists—something we are sincerely grateful for—the broader public has a rare, real-time glimpse into the preparatory stages of this groundbreaking venture.
As you might know, TE is not just another project, nor does it follow a typical trajectory.
The Vision Behind Themis Ecosystem
The journey of Themis Ecosystem began with the visionary ideas of its founder, Roberto Hroval. A researcher, serial entrepreneur, and forward-thinking innovator, Hroval set out to find a better way to generate alternative energy while tackling the pressing issue of waste management. His initial concept expanded as he encountered new challenges and opportunities.
What started as a singular solution for renewable energy soon evolved into a larger framework, encompassing product digitization, a proprietary commodities exchange, direct connections between projects and supporters, and expanding the first technological idea into various cutting-edge technologies.
Started With Facilities, Continuing With Financial Breakthrough
From the start, the team embarked on building the necessary facilities, developing programs, navigating legal frameworks, establishing new companies, obtaining essential permits, and securing financing. While the only visible aspect to outsiders was the construction of TE’s flagship project, the Biomass Ultima factory, behind the scenes, the team was simultaneously working on two additional facilities: the Green Vertical Farming (GVF) unit for high-quality vegetable production that would be branded as John’s Organic Roots, the Asclepius8 chamber, designed for natural stress reduction, and We4Next Nation charity organization.
“As we near the completion of the construction and technological components, everything is progressing as planned,” Hroval explained. “We are now focusing most of our efforts on building a robust legal and financial infrastructure to ensure a seamless launch.”
He also mentioned that the team has been actively exploring the best options for relocating the parent company to Switzerland. Given that TE, alongside the Online Industrial Exchange (OIX), is such a groundbreaking initiative, the process has taken slightly longer than expected. The team works tirelessly with Swiss experts to craft the most secure and sustainable business model for long-term success.
Asset Management Firms Are Flocking to Themis Ecosystem
While the company is not looking to borrow money, asset management firms are more intriguing to the team. They offer the potential for long-term partnerships and new business opportunities. Last week, the TE team hosted representatives from a French and an American asset management company, and this week, a big-size American company will visit to assess the technological progress.
This particular company’s interest is significant, as it aims to support the launch of the OIX, which could serve as a catalyst for a substantial financial breakthrough.
As per Hroval, the team keeps such developments under wraps, just as they’ve done with the GVF, Asclepius8, and We4Next Nation projects that are already here or patiently waiting for a launch in a distant location. The reason for quiet waiting is to keep the price of IRMU stable at the moment. Every big news could inflate it, which is not what the team wants.
The Game-Changing Potential of IRMU and the OIX
IRMUs (Industrial Raw Material Units) are e-vouchers tied to the proportional output of TE’s technologies and products, including carbon-neutral CO2 or decarbonization volume. Until now, the only way to support TE has been through private purchasing PP8 iTos/IRMUs, which happened quietly, out of the public eye.
The upcoming visit from the American asset management firm could mark a pivotal moment, triggering the launch of the OIX and enabling broader access to IRMUs. This is why their visit is so crucial—it represents the potential for the first public financial breakthrough.
“We’ve learned that everything unfolds at the right time,” Roberto Hroval said. “We have many irons in the fire, and we trust that the process will evolve in the best possible way. Experience has taught us that the results often exceed expectations if we don’t rush the circumstances and allow things to fall into place naturally.”
A prime example of this approach is the European high-tech facility, which is nearing completion. Initially designed to produce green electricity and organic carbon, the factory will now also generate three additional products from waste materials, significantly boosting its profitability.
The founder is confident that the financial partnerships will follow a similar trajectory. He emphasized the team’s cautious and deliberate approach when selecting business partners, taking the time to find the perfect match.
“The financial breakthrough will, in some ways, be even more important than the technological one,” he concluded. “It will mark the beginning of our public operations, a step we are preparing for with the utmost care.”
The Future of Themis Ecosystem: Poised for Greatness
Themis Ecosystem stands at the precipice of a groundbreaking future in technology and redefining sustainable business models. With its innovative projects and the promise of a financial revolution via the OIX, TE is set to create ripples that will reverberate across industries.
In a world constantly searching for bold solutions to global challenges, Themis Ecosystem may be the blueprint for the future—driven by vision, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. As the pieces fall into place, the world will watch closely to see how high this extraordinary venture will rise.
